Why Work With Me

I have been the technician trying to prove myself.

I have been the leader reviewing resumes.

I have been the person walking into rooms where I had to translate my experience, my voice, and my value clearly.

Now I help others do the same.

About Veronica

A woman with curly black hair in a mechanic's jumpsuit stands in an aircraft hangar, with an airplane underneath maintenance equipment in the background.

Originally from Panama City, Panama, I built my aviation career in the United States from the ground up—learning English, earning my A&P license, and working my way into major airline operations.

I didn’t start with opportunity—I went hangar to hangar until I found one. I accepted an unpaid apprentice role in San Diego, and from there built my career across Horizon Air, Virgin America, Hawaiian Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Alaska Airlines, and United Airlines.

Over the years, I’ve worked line and heavy maintenance, ETOPS aircraft, aircraft maintenance rescue teams and troubleshooting in high-pressure environments.

I’ve led teams, managed vendor quality and compliance, and supported large-scale maintenance programs where safety, speed, and accountability are non-negotiable.

In 2022, I was recognized by AviationPros as one of the AMT 40 Under 40, highlighting professionals shaping the future of aircraft maintenance.

I’ve also trained in high-performance military environments through the United States Marine Corps Officer Candidates School pipeline — an experience that sharpened my ability to lead, communicate under pressure, and make decisions when it counts.

Beyond operations, I’ve represented technical operations at a national level—engaging with industry leaders and speaking with U.S. policymakers to advocate for aviation.

I hold a certificate from Harvard Division of Continuing Education in Women in Leadership — Emerging Leaders, and I’ve led initiatives supporting the growth of women in Technical Operations, including work with Association for Women in Aviation Maintenance and Women in Aviation International.

More than anything—I’ve been in your position.

I know what it feels like to have the experience, the work ethic, and the skill—and still struggle to translate that into opportunities.

That’s what I help you do.
